Retired Information Technology Project Manager with a latent desire to write and a BA from the University of San Francisco. Lives in Elk Grove, and is a lifetime resident of California.
Soon after retirement, Loy entered a battle for her life. Years later, cancer-free, she published her first novel, “Dancing Up the Ladder,” available on Amazon.
September, 2020, her story, “Wilma,”was included by Northern California Publishers and Authors (NCPA) in their 2020 Anthology, “Destination: The World,” a collection of short stories about travel/vacations, available on Amazon. Loy is also working on her second novel, “Cat and Mouse,” a story of Love, Terror, Addiction, and Choices.
